Crescent Inclusive Learning Environment
The commitment to being an inclusive school is both a desire and a focus for every member in CEHS. It starts from Governors through the Principal, to the teaching and non-teaching staff. We have strong commitment to an inclusive learning environment especially through our Moral Education. Our commitment to the inclusion ensures all our staff, students and parents, this includes students who are identified with Special Educational Needs, and Exceptionally Able Students are actively participating and loving every moments in CEHS
Thorough identification and assessment process is in place from the admission desk onwards to ensure early identification & interventions. Once admitted support continues until the removal of learning barriers. We offer an inclusive mainstream curriculum with additional support, intervention, differentiation and personalization, where appropriate.
Our Inclusion policy comprises the specifics of identification, interventions and monitoring and evaluation procedures.
CEHS works in line with the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework (2017) and integrates good working practice in line with following legislations:
All our students feel they belong and their happiness and progress happening in a healthy, safe and secure learning environment.
